Who We Are

Integrity Academy is part of the Integrity Group, an Australian, family-owned education and training organisation with a strong reputation for integrity, quality, and practical delivery.
The Integrity Group was established with a clear purpose: to provide learning that is ethical, transparent, and genuinely useful in real workplaces. That purpose continues to guide both arms of the organisation today.
  • Integrity RTO Solutions — a Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised vocational education and training
  • Integrity Academy — a dedicated platform delivering non-accredited professional development microlearning
While closely aligned in values and expertise, the two arms operate with clear and intentional separation, ensuring transparency for learners, organisations, and regulators about what is accredited training and what is professional development learning.

Our Background and Experience

Integrity Academy draws on the depth of experience that underpins Integrity RTO Solutions.
The organisation is family owned and led, with a leadership team bringing decades of experience across:
  • health and care services
  • vocational education and training
  • quality and compliance systems
  • leadership and governance
  • workforce development in regulated environments

Integrity RTO Solutions has built a strong reputation for delivering nationally recognised qualifications with a focus on learner support, regulatory integrity, and quality outcomes. Integrity Academy was established to complement this work by providing short, practical learning that supports confidence and capability between and alongside formal qualifications.

Our Leadership and Team

Integrity Academy is supported by the experienced leadership and professional team behind Integrity RTO Solutions. Together, the team brings deep expertise across health, education, governance, and workforce development, with experience spanning metropolitan, regional, and remote settings.
