Integrity Academy offers clear, flexible pricing options designed to support individuals and organisations with access to non-accredited microlearning.
All Integrity Academy courses are short, practical, and typically completed in around 15 minutes. Learning is designed to support professional development, workforce capability, and shared understanding and should be used alongside organisational policies, supervision, and governance frameworks.
Pricing is consistent across all Integrity Academy course libraries. Access is provided per course or per selected library, not as an all-access platform.

Library Subscription Pricing

Individual Access

Single Course Access

$30 AUD per Course

Single course access provides entry to one individual micro-course.

This option is suitable for targeted learning needs or refresher learning where access to a full library is not required.

Access includes:

  • The selected course only
  • Interactive learning activities and knowledge checks
  • A Certificate of Completion

Single course access does not include access to other courses or libraries.

Individual Library Subscription

$40AUD/Month OR $465 AUD/Year


An individual library subscription provides access to one selected course library.

This option is suitable for individuals seeking ongoing professional development within a specific industry or role.

Access includes:

  • All courses within the selected library

  • Certificates of Completion for completed courses
  • Learning progress visible within the platform

Subscriptions are library-specific and do not provide access to other Integrity Academy libraries.

Organisational Access

Corporate Annual Library Subscription

1–25 Seats - $6,500
26–100 Seats - $18,500
101–250 Seats - $34,500
251–500 Seats - $54,000

Corporate subscriptions provide organisations with access to one selected course library for a defined group of learners.

This option is commonly used to support:

  • Workforce development

  • Induction and onboarding

  • Shared understanding across teams or services

Corporate access includes:

  • Access to all courses within the selected library
  • Certificates of Completion
  • Visibility of learning activity and completion

Corporate subscriptions support professional development and internal oversight and are designed to complement organisational training, supervision, and governance systems.

Licences include access to all courses within the selected library, Certificates of Completion, and organisation-level visibility of learning activity. Each licence applies to a single library.






Subscriber Benefit:
Accredited Training Discount

Active Integrity Academy subscribers are eligible to receive a 10% discount on selected accredited courses delivered by Integrity RTO Solutions (RTO 46406).
This benefit:
  • Applies only to eligible accredited courses offered by Integrity RTO Solutions
  • Is available to active Integrity Academy subscribers
  • Does not change the non-accredited status of Integrity Academy learning
Integrity Academy and Integrity RTO Solutions operate as separate learning arms. Integrity Academy delivers non-accredited microlearning, while Integrity RTO Solutions delivers nationally recognised training and qualifications.

Eligibility and enrolment conditions for accredited training are managed by Integrity RTO Solutions.

Certificates and Learning Records

All Integrity Academy access options include Certificates of Completion for completed courses.
Certificates:
  • Record participation in professional development
  • Support CPD and internal learning records
  • Provide visibility of learning activity
Certificates of Completion do not represent nationally recognised qualifications or accredited training outcomes.

For organisations, learning records support workforce development conversations and internal oversight and should be considered alongside other quality and governance records.

Relationship to Accredited Training

Integrity Academy delivers non-accredited microlearning only.
Accredited training and nationally recognised qualifications are delivered separately through Integrity RTO Solutions or other registered training organisations. Integrity Academy learning may complement accredited training through refresher learning and shared understanding but does not confer competence or qualifications.
