A simple, transparent corporate model

Annual access, paid upfront, per library
Integrity Academy corporate subscriptions are intentionally straightforward.
Each corporate subscription:
  • is annual, with payment made upfront
  • provides access to one selected course library
  • includes a defined number of user licences, based on the tier selected
  • runs for 12 months from the date of activation
There is no monthly billing for corporate subscriptions, and access does not include multiple libraries unless explicitly selected.

Corporate subscription pricing

Annual, upfront pricing per library (AUD)
Corporate pricing applies per course library and is consistent across all Integrity Academy libraries.
Subscription fees include access to the Integrity Academy learning platform, hosting, administration, and support for the duration of the active subscription.
All prices displayed on the Integrity Academy website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST, unless expressly stated otherwise.
GST is calculated and applied at checkout and is included on all tax invoices issued by Integrity RTO Solutions Pty Ltd.

Each subscription provides up to the maximum number of users in the selected band with 12 months’ access to one selected course library.
There is no monthly billing option for corporate subscriptions

Optional: Dedicated organisation learning environment

Individual school and white-label setup

Some organisations prefer a dedicated learning environment rather than accessing courses within the shared Integrity Academy platform. Integrity Academy offers the option to establish a separate, organisation-specific learning environment, branded and configured to suit organisational needs.
This option is commonly selected where organisations require:
  • stronger brand separation
  • independent learner management
  • organisation-specific access or URLs
  • tailored onboarding experience
  • large-scale internal rollout

One-off setup fees (AUD)

  • Dedicated organisation school setup: AUD $5,000 (ex GST)
  • White-label learning environment: from AUD $8,500 (ex GST)
These are one-time setup fees and are additional to the annual corporate subscription fee.
All setup fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. GST is applied at checkout and included on invoices. Ongoing access to a dedicated or white-label environment is provided while an active annual corporate subscription is maintained.

  • Certificates of Completion for completed courses
  • Visibility of enrolment and completion for authorised

Integrity Academy learning is non-accredited and designed to support professional development rather than formal assessment.

Platform, payments, and security

Integrity Academy uses trusted third-party technology to support online learning delivery and secure payment processing.
  • Online learning delivery is supported by LearnWorlds, operating as a service  provider to Integrity Academy
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Integrity Academy does not store payment card details.
