Where Integrity Academy access is provided via an organisation:

- we are not responsible for misuse or onward disclosure by organisational users
We may use or disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms, protect our rights or reputation, prevent misconduct, or manage disputes, insurance claims, or legal proceedings.

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) applies where Integrity Academy services are provided to an organisation under a corporate or enterprise subscription.
This DPA forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Integrity Academy Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Integrity RTO Solutions Pty Ltd acts as a data processor in relation to personal information processed on behalf of the organisation through Integrity Academy.
- The organisation acts as the data controller for its personnel.
Integrity RTO Solutions Pty Ltd processes personal information solely for the purpose of:
- providing access to Integrity Academy learning
- administering subscriptions and licences
- tracking enrolment, participation, and completion
- issuing Certificates of Completion
- maintaining platform security and integrity
Integrity RTO Solutions Pty Ltd implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption, secure hosting, and incident monitoring.
Integrity RTO Solutions Pty Ltd uses approved sub-processors, including LearnWorlds and Stripe, to deliver services. These providers are subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Personal information may be processed or stored outside Australia. Appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure compliance with Australian privacy obligations.
Integrity RTO Solutions Pty Ltd will notify the organisation of a data breach affecting its data where required by law or reasonably practicable.
Integrity RTO Solutions Pty Ltd will reasonably assist organisational clients with privacy enquiries, complaints, or regulatory requests relating to Integrity Academy data.
Upon termination of a corporate subscription, personal information will be retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, legal obligations, and backup retention requirements.
Nothing in this DPA increases Integrity RTO Solutions Pty Ltd’s liability beyond what is permitted under the Integrity Academy Terms and Conditions.
